Construction Supervision Services - Supervision Services - Supervision - Site Management For The Investment Objective Modernizing The Operating Block Of The Arad County Emergency Clinical Hospital Arad Municipality, Andrenyi Karoly Str., No. 2-4, Arad County Innovative Surgical Unit And Emergency Hospitals (Isu-Emerg) Rohu00626. In The Framework Of The Procedure, Supervision Services Will Be Purchased For The Expansion And Modernization Of The Construction, Interior Re-Compartmentalization, Installation Rehabilitation, Specific Finishes, Equipping With Specific Medical Equipment, To Bring The Space To The Current Norms In Force. The Project Works For The Investment Object Will Be Carried Out By Achieving The Following Specific Objectives:  Separation Of Circulation Within The Operating Block By Defining A Clean Corridor, For The Access Of Sterile Instruments And The Operating Medical Staff, And The Creation Of A Neutral/Dirty Corridor For The Access Of Technical Maintenance Staff And The Evacuation Of Waste;  Total Control Of Natural Light And Thermal Transfer In The Operating Rooms, In Order To Ensure An Effective Specific Ventilation (Not To Be Influenced By The Convection Generated By The Sun), The Elimination Of Parasitic Glows On The Medical Instruments And The Provision Of Focused Lighting On The Operating Field;  Reconfiguring The Spaces And Related Functions, In Accordance With The Current Specific Requirements;  Ensuring The Minimum Standardized Surfaces For The Functional Spaces Within The Operating Block;  The Realization Of A D+P+2-Level Extension That Includes An Evacuation Ladder In Case Of Danger And The Necessary Technical Spaces/Related To The Operating Block.  The Blood Transfusion Unit (Uts) Will Be Moved From The 2Nd Floor To The 1St Floor Of The Building, Between The L-N And 3-8 Axes. In Order To Satisfy These Circuits, The Following Were Proposed By The Project: Perimeter Walkway, Walkways Through The Two Light Courtyards, New Construction/Extension, With Evacuation Staircase, Intervention Lift And Technical Spaces Related To The Operating Room, The Constructive Arrangement Of The Operating Rooms, The Complete Equipment And Equipment Of The Operating Rooms In Stages So As To Allow The Operation Of A Minimum Required Number Of 5 Rooms During The Execution Of The Works; In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 160 Paragraph (1) Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Deadline By Which Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Is A Maximum Of 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, And The Deadline In Which The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information Is In 12Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, According To Law No. 98/2016, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Make Changes To The Contract, According To Law No. 98/2016.
