Z O. O. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Taking Into Account The Following Stages: 1) Stage I: Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task: Construction And Reconstruction Of Buildings H And D For The Needs Of Mazowiecki Szpital Bródnowski Sp. Z O.O. 2) Stage Ii Constituting The Right Of Option: Performing Authors Supervision In The Proceedings (Proceedings) For The Award Of A Public Procurement For The Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works (Including, At The Request Of The Ordering Party - Participation In The Proceedings/Proceedings For The Award Of A Public Procurement As An Expert); 3) Stage Iii Constituting The Option Right: Exercising Authors Supervision Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law (To The Extent Described In The Draft Contract, Annex No. 4 To Swz), Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Covered By The Completed Documentation. Option Right - The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right Regarding The Implementation Of Works Covered By Stage Ii And Iii On The Terms Described In The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 11 To The Swz).
