This Procurement Refers To A Framework Agreement On Communication Aids Including Accessories, Spare Parts And Services In Accordance With What Is Described In The Procurement Documents. The Delivery Also Includes Documentation And Training For Handling And Technology. The Procurement Includes Aids Within The Items: A - Intercom With One Or More Print Surfaces And Recorded Speech B - Intercom With Physical Keyboard And Synthetic Speech C - Intercom With Touch Screen D - Advanced Intercom With Touch Screen E - Advanced Intercom With Touch Screen And Eye Control F - Voice Amplifier G - Program/Service For The Production Of Image Support Material For Printing Tenders Can Be Submitted For All Or Parts Of The Delivery. Tenders Are Submitted Per Object. The Region Shall Have The Right To Accept Tenders Submitted In Their Entirety Or In Parts. If The Same Product Is Offered In Several Objects, The Region Reserves The Right, Based On Its Own Assessment, To Place The Product In One Object. The Region Intends To Sign Agreements With All Suppliers Who, Within Each Object, Meet The Qualification Requirements And The Established Mandatory Requirements. Each Item Constitutes A Separate Procurement That Is Evaluated And Awarded Separately. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Satisfy The Regions Needs For Requested Goods/Services During The Contract Period. The Goal Is To Purchase Goods/Services Of Good Quality In An Optimal And Cost-Effective Way.
