Environmental Training Services - Procurement Of Nature School Services. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Set Of Nature School Services, Which Includes The Following Services: 1. Courses For Education And Teaching Staff: The Provider Implements Four (4) Courses Per School Year On Varying Themes Of Nature Education And Environmental Education. The Target Group Is Early Childhood Education Staff And Basic Education Teachers. The Number Of Participants In The Courses Is 5–25 People, And The Contents Are Adapted According To Demand. 2. Nature Education Days, I.E. Nature School Days In Two Entities: 2.1. Kindergarten Activities: Four (4) Nature Education Days At Different Times Of The Year Are Organized For The Kindergarten Class Every School Year. Godfather Classes Are Put Into Operation Every Year On 17. 2.2. Individual Nature Education Days: Nature Education Days, Or Excursions, Are Organized In Different Seasons And With Different Themes In Ways Suitable For Age Groups. The Excursions Are Carried Out In The Natural Surroundings Of The Contract Suppliers Base And Schools And Kindergartens. Excursions Are Organized In 160 Academic Years. 3. Sets Of Nature Teaching Materials: The Provider Must Have Sets Of Nature Teaching Materials In Finnish And Swedish That Can Be Loaned To Early Childhood Education Units And Schools. The Provider Develops, Maintains And Manages These Nature Teaching Material Sets. The Service Includes The Marketing Of Materials To The Units, Storage, Maintenance And Managing Transitions Between Units In Cooperation With The Customer. Transfers Can Be Made Using The Citys Internal Mail Or Other Transport Arrangement Agreed With The Subscriber. There Must Be At Least Four (4) Sets Of Material, In At Least Two (2) Different Themes. One Entity Serves Pre-Primary And Elementary Education, And The Other Primary School Classes 3–4 Or 5–6. A More Detailed Description Of The Object Of Procurement Can Be Found In Appendix 2 Service Description. Nature Education Days Must Be Offered In Finnish, Swedish And English. The Sets Of Materials Must Be Available In At Least Finnish And Swedish. The Agreement Enters Into Force On August 1, 2026 And Is Valid Until Further Notice. The Customer Does Not Commit To The Purchase Quantities Or Euro Values ​​Estimated In The Tender Documents During The Contract Period. It Is A Service In Accordance With Appendix E Of The Procurement Act Applicable To The Procurement Of Social And Health Services And Other Special Service Procurements, Chapter 12 Of The Procurement Act.
