Research Consultancy Services - 364/Pn/2024 - Provision Of Comprehensive Legal Services - Consulting And Administrative Services Related To The Ordering Party Conducting Medical Experiments, Clinical And Scientific Research Commissioned By Domestic And Foreign Entities For Uck. 1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Consulting And Administrative Services Related To The Conduct Of Medical Experiments, Clinical And Scientific Research By The Ordering Party On Behalf Of Domestic And Foreign Entities. 2. As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide, In Particular, The Following Consulting Services: A) Full Formal And Legal Verification Of Draft Contracts For Conducting Medical Experiments, Clinical And Scientific Research, Contracts For Partnership Projects, Cda, B) Negotiating The Terms Of Contracts With Domestic And Foreign Entities Commissioning The Ordering Party To Participate In Medical Experiments, Clinical And Scientific Trials, C) Support To The Head Of The Clinical And Scientific Research Department Of The Ordering Party In The Preparation Of Documents And Opinions Related To Functioning Of The Ordering Partys Clinical And Scientific Research Department, D) Representing The Ordering Party At Meetings With Representatives Of Domestic And Foreign Entities In The Scope Of Negotiating The Terms Of Contracts For Conducting Medical Experiments, Clinical And Scientific Research, Including Before The Medical Research Agency, E) Average Time Of The Process Of Negotiating A Contract For Conducting A Clinical Trial During The Period Of Contract Implementation - The Total Response Time To The Sponsor/Cro Of The Clinical Trial And Thus The Remuneration For The Negotiations Depends On The Negotiation Time 1. Up To 60 Days, 2. 60-90 Days Or Above 90 Days; F) Giving Opinions On Other Contracts Regarding The Implementation Of Clinical Trials Or Parts Thereof By The Ordering Party.
