Construction of an electricity line in Rura Sultanpur village, within the service area of ​​the 33/11 KV Basangapur substation under the Mitauli Electricity Distribution Division, using funds from the Legislative Assembly Constituency Development Fund.- 1 Carriage, Loading and unloading of following and other materials which are included in the estimate from Store centre to work site materials and its stacking. Distance approx (0-40) Kms.(All decentralised material will be provided by the Contractor) 2 PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr. long. 3 ABC (3x50 + 1x35 + 1x16) Sq.mm 4 ACSR Weasel Conductor 5 Other Line Material. 6 Fixing and errection of double pole on 8.5 mtr. Long ST pole along with fixing of necessary hardware of double pole alongwith necessery pin insulators and grouting as per RESSPO specification and direction of E/I. 7 Dragging of pole to pit site, digging of pit, erection of single pole 8.5 mtr. PCC Pole along with fixing of necessary hardware of single pole such as V-type X-arm, F-bracket, 11KV Pin/Disc insulator, guarding angle and LT Clamp etc. (1.8 mm 65x65x6) with nut and bolts as per RESSPO specification and direction of E/I. 8 Grouting of PCC pole with by civil material (Cement : Coarse sand : Stone ballast in 1:2:3 ratio) with grouting of pole upto 0.3 mtr. above ground level. Only pole shall be supplied by the Department. 9 Fixing and errection T-Off pole single section pole along with T-Off channel, clamp, disc fitting and pin accessories, grouting in 1:4:8 Cement sand and brick ballast as per RESSPO specification. 10 Ordinary earthing by MS Earth Rod 2500 mm long as per RESSPO Schedule. Only GI wire & Earth Rod shall be supplied by the department. 11 Grouting and Nuzzling of stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil material (Sand: brick ballast: cement).
