Ship's staff carried out DI/DR and found pump mechanical seal worn out. Defect to be rectified and system to be proved for satisfactory operation. All inway job includes. E-089 01 in no bilge system discharge valve not holding pressure at FER. Valve to be overhauled and pressure testing to be carried out upto 06 bar and proved for satisfactory operation. E-090 02 in nos torque wrench (0-150 NM) and (0-250) to be calibrated and calibration certificate to be provided.
