Bids Are Invited For Renovation Works In The Library, Binding Room And 06 No Residential Flats At Nii, New Delhi; 1 Providing and fixing wooden shelves/partitions of size 24” depth made of 18mm thick commercial plywood, 1mm thick laminate fixing both side of the shelves, PVC edge binding tape on edges and fixing in the existing space under the window as per site requirement etc. 2 Providing and fixing shaft double shutters of size 3’-8” x6’ made of 18mm thick commercial plywood, 1mm thick laminate fixing both side of the shutters and complete with all hardware hinges, handles, magnetic catchers and as per site requirement etc. 3 Providing and fixing new workstation table top of size 2’x4’ (4 No.) made of 25mm thick commercial plywood, 1mm thick laminate fixing both side of the top, PVC edge binding tape on edges and fixing in existing workstation and complete necessary repairing in the workstation as per site requirement etc. 4 Fabrication and installation of powder coated aluminium framed almirah / cupboard /kitchen cabinet of required size having depth upto 24” made of aluminium profile frame shutters with ACP sheet (approved colour and shade), 3”x1.5” aluminium section for outer frame, 2”x1” aluminium section (14 Gauge) for shelves with 3 or 4 mm thick ACP sheet fixing on both side of shelves with nail free silicon and screws having Openable shutters, shelves and partitions as required and complete with all hardware hinges, handles, magnetic catchers, locks etc. as per site requirement complete in all respect. 5 Fabrication and fixing teak wood door of size up to 30” width, up to 82” height made of teak wood of size 100x35mm side frame, 150x35 mm middle, 200x35mm lower of the door as per existing design and dimension and complete with all hardware hinges, handles, lock, tower- bolts etc. and polishing work as per site requirement. 6 Providing and fixing 12mm thick gypsum board in the existing false ceiling frames and complete as per site requirement. at all levels. 7 Fabrication of Executive table of size 60”x30”x30” made of 18mm, 6mm thick commercial plywood, 0.8mm thick laminate fixing inside the table, 1mm thick laminate fixing outside the table, PVC edge binding tape fixing on edges having two drawers, two shutters and complete with all hardware locks, handles, hinges etc. as required. 8 Fabrication of Reception table of size 72”x24”x42” made of 18mm, 6mm thick commercial plywood, 0.8mm thick laminate fixing inside the table, 1mm thick laminate fixing outside the table, PVC edge binding tape fixing on edges having two drawers, two shutters and complete with all hardware locks, handles, hinges etc. as required. 9 Dismantling of damaged shelves/partitions and providing and laying Ceramic glazed/mat finished wall tiles of size 300x450 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, in all colours, shades laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 Coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. 10 Two or more coats of Plastic emulsion painting on wall and false ceiling, miscellaneous repairing, painting and polishing works as per approved colour and shades as required 11 Fabrication and fixing of drawing room wooden showcase as per existing design made of 18mm commercial plywood and complete with all hardware painting/polishing work as per site requirement.
