It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Framework Agreement Relating To Assistance To Project Management Within The Framework Of Various Maintenance And Optimization Projects Of The It Installations Of The Parliament Of Wallonia. The Framework Agreement Consists Of Providing Guidance, Technical Assistance And Strengthening The Team Of The It Service Of The Logistics Department Of The Registry Of The Parliament Of Wallonia (Hereinafter “The It Service”) In Particular For And Within The Framework Of The Following Operations: - The Audit And Repair Of Existing It And Telecom Installations, Including The Electrical Installations Which Serve Them; - The Study And Recommendation Of Modifications, Improvements, Additions And Technological Updates; - The Study And Establishment Of Program Documents; - The Study Of Summary And Detailed Preliminary Projects (For Example, The Study Of The Preparatory Phase Of Design And Technical Planning Preceding And The Realization Of Maintenance Or Optimization Projects For Installations); - The Provision Of It Resources (Including One Or More System Engineers, Web Developers, Application Developers, Data Analysts, Cloud Technology Experts, Information Systems Architects, Production Application Experts And Project Managers) As Well As Technical Skills; - The Implementation Of A Cybersecurity Strategy With The Provision Of One Or More Security Analysts; - Assistance With The Organization Of Operations, I.E. Operational Support That The Service Provider May Be Required To Provide To The It Department In Order To Optimize Daily Management And, Where Applicable, Training; - The Drafting Of Technical Provisions Relating To Public Procurement And The Analysis Of Offers.
