Construction Work – Hostůovce – Water Supply And Distribution. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works, Specifically The Provision Of Water Supply For The Municipalities Of Hostůovce And Martin Nad Žitavou In Order To Supply The Inhabitants Of The Affected Municipalities With Safe Water In The Required Quantity And Quality. The Applicant, As The Future Contractor Of The Subject Of The Contract, Commits To The Construction Of The Work Hosőovce, Water Supply And Distribution, Under The Conditions And To The Extent Specified In Annex A2 Project Documentation Martin Nad Žitavou, In Annex A3 Project Documentation Hostůovce And In Annex B. Draft Contract For The Work Of These Tender Documents. 2. The Successful Bidder As A Contractor Undertakes To Construct The Work In Accordance With The Project Documentation And Building Permit. 3. If A Reference To A Specific Brand, Manufacturer, Or Product Or Type Of Product Was Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - These Were Used Exclusively For Illustration If It Was Not Possible To Describe The Subject Of The Contract Sufficiently Accurately And Comprehensibly In Accordance With Act No. 343/2005 On Public Procurement And On The Amendment And Supplementation Of Certain Laws As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Zvo) And The Usual Business Practice Prevailing In The Supply Of The Same Or Similar Objects Of The Contract. In Such Cases, It Is Considered That Such A Reference Is Always Supplemented By The Words Or Equivalent And It Is Valid That The Applicant Can Always Offer Equivalent Or Better Performance In Accordance With The Provision Of § 42 Paragraph 3 Zvo. An Equivalent Is Defined As A Product That Meets The Minimum Required Parameters Set Out In The Documentation (Measurement Report / Project Documentation) And Is Qualitatively The Same Or Better Than The Specified Product.
