Tenders are invited for Renovation of Security Wall of Magazine Prison at Colombo. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language, may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka, 130, W.A.D. Ramanayaka Mawatha, Colombo 02 from 15.12.2025 until 29.12.2025 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs upon payment of the tender fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 10,000.00 to the Cashier, Accounts Division at 7th Floor, State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka, 130, W.A.D. Ramanayaka Mawatha, Colombo 02. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security for an amount of Sri Lankan Rupees Two Hundred and Thirty Thousand only (Rs. 230,000.00). Bid security should be an unconditional, on demand bank guarantee issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka or an unconditional, on demand guarantee issued by the Construction Guarantee Fund and should be valid up to 14.04.2026.
