4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Water Intake Facility In Dzwola, Along With Equipping It With The Necessary Installations And Technological Devices. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Scope Of Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Water Intake In Kocudza Górna: 1) Sanitary Industry, • Replacement And Installation Of Deep Well Pumps, • Well Casings, • Pumping Station Equipment, • Pipelines Between Facilities Within The Intake, • Sewage Disposal From The Container Pumping Station Building, 2) Construction Industry, • Demolition Works, • Container Building, • Utility Shelter, • Expansion Tanks 2X100m3,• Access Road,3) Electrical Industry,• Reconstruction Of The Connection,• Disassembly,• Construction Of The Zk-3+1P Connection,• Construction Of The Internal Installation. And External Water Intake,• Wlz Rg,• Main Switchboard Rg - Internal Installations,• External Lighting Line And Shelters,• Power Lines. And Signaling Of The S1 Well, Zb1 And Zb2 Tanks, Pump Set, • Earthing, • Monitoring Installation, • Alarm Installation, • Measurements And Checks, • Others, A Detailed Description Of This Scope Can Be Found In The Technical Description And In The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1 To Swz).4.2. When Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Fact That The Construction Works Will Be Performed On A Functioning Water Intake And The Works Should Be Planned In Such A Way As Not To Cause Longer Interruptions In The Water Supply To Residents. For This Reason, The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor, Before Submitting The Offer, Make A Site Visit To The Investment Site, Which Will Allow Him To Plan And Estimate The Necessary Works To Guarantee Continuous Operation Of The Water Intake In Kocudza Górna During Construction Works.4. 3 Available For Art. 85 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Makes Available And Provides Important Information On The Preparation Of The Procedure As Annexes To The Swz And Also Enables An On-Site Inspection To Be Carried Out At The Investment Site. The Ordering Party Provides: 1. Investor Cost Estimates,2. Photographs From The Implementation Site, 3. Documents Provided To The Project Contractor, 4. The Ordering Party Extends The Deadline For Submitting Offers, 4.4 The On-Site Visit Referred To In The Point Above May Be Carried Out From The Date Of Publication Of The Swz And The Contract Notice Up To 24 Hours Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Visit Can Take Place On Working Days, Monday To Friday, From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M.
