Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of Food Vouchers in Poland

7.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Food Vouchers Enabling The Companys Employees To Purchase Products In Order To Prepare Their Own Preventive Meals. The Contractor Will Issue Food Products On The Basis Of Bearer Food Vouchers. Food Vouchers Authorize Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party To Collect Food For The Amount Of Pln 16.85. The Final Selection Of The Food Items That Constitute A Given Preventive Meal Will Be Made By An Authorized Employee At The Time Of Redeeming The Voucher. For The Surplus Over The Above Amounts The Employee Will Pay Himself. Each Voucher Will Be Issued For A Given Calendar Month And Will Authorize You To Collect Groceries Only In That Month. The Food Voucher Documents Will Be Prepared By The Ordering Party Before Concluding The Contract. The Maximum Number Of Vouchers For The Duration Of The Contract: 19,800, With The Ordering Party Guaranteeing The Order Of 10,000 Vouchers. The Contractor To Whom The Order Is Awarded Is Obliged To Ensure The Distribution Of Food Products From Monday To Saturday, From 8:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. In 2 Or More Commercial Outlets In The City Of Mielec; In Quantities Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party (Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party). The Contractor Will Issue Food Products For Direct Consumption, Including At Least The Assortment Described In Point 7.2. In Particular, The Issuance Of Alcoholic Beverages, Tobacco Products And Household Chemicals Is Prohibited. The Issued Articles Must Be Fresh (With The Current Expiry Date). Place Of Order Fulfillment: Deliveries Are To Be Made At The Sales Points Of The Contractor (At Least Two) Whose Offer Was Selected And With Whom The Contract Was Concluded. Sales Points Should Be Located In The City Of Mielec And In Various Housing Estates.
