The Subject Of The Order Is: Work With A Grader And Roller, Road Profiling And Cutting Of Roadsides In The Stęszew Commune In 2026 According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. Location: Stęszew Commune, Poznań County, Greater Poland Voivodeship. Scope Of Work In Accordance With The Attached Bill Of Quantities. The Works Will Be Performed On The Basis Of A Written Order Placed By An Employee Of The Stęszew Commune Office, Which Will Specify The Scope And Deadline For Completion. Grading And Profiling Along With Compaction Of The Road Surface Should Be Carried Out At Optimal Road Surface Humidity And Favorable Weather Conditions. The Contractor Undertakes To Commence The Commissioned Works. By The Ordering Party Using 2 Sets Of Equipment - A Grader, A Roller And, Possibly, A Means Of Transport For The Removal Of Excavated Material - Simultaneously. In The Event Of A Failure Or Other Significant Reasons Preventing The Performance Of The Works, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Replacement Equipment With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Procedure. Note! The Scope Of Work Given In The Bill Of Quantities Is The Maximum Amount. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Perform A Smaller Scope Of Works According To Its Needs. If The Entire Amount Specified In The Contract Is Not Used Due To A Reduction In Demand, The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Actual Amount Of Work Performed, Determined On The Basis Of The Unit Rate And The Actual Amount Of Work Performed. The Contractor Will Perform All Necessary Work For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Work Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Tender Documentation And In Consultation With The Ordering Party. Work Execution Technology: Work Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Construction Law Provisions, Legal Provisions Regarding Technical Requirements, Environmental Protection, Health And Safety Principles And Technical Knowledge. The Contractor, On His Own Responsibility And At His Own Expense, Should Take All Preventive Measures Required By Sound Construction Practice And Current Circumstances To Protect The Rights Of Owners Of Properties Adjacent To The Construction/Work Site And Avoid Causing Any Disruption Or Damage There. The Contractor Is Liable To Third Parties For Any Damage Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Surrounding Area And Pedestrian And Vehicle Traffic Should Be Permanently Protected Against The Impact Of The Works. Social Clause: The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Performing Services And Construction Works Specified In The Tender Documentation And Equipment Operators Be Employed Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or A Subcontractor, With The Exception Of Persons Whose Duties Do Not Consist In Performing Works In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws 2023.1
