1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products For The Opole Education Center, Divided Into 4 Parts: A) Part 1 Bread And Confectionery. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Material And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Respectively, For Each Part, Annex No. 1A - Part 1, Annex No. 1B - Part 2, Annex No. 1C - Part 3, Annex No. 1D - Part 4, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Offer Form. Failure To Submit The Calculation Together With The Offer Form Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. 10. The Contractor Delivers The Products Of The First Quality Classes, Fresh, Corresponding To The Quality Standards Applicable To A Given Type Of Products In Force In Poland, And With Current Expiry Dates No Later Than Half Of The Shelf Life Specified For A Given Food Item, With The Reservation That: Bread And Confectionery Products Will Be Produced At The Time Of Delivery. Fish And Frozen Foods Will Have A Shelf Life Of No Less Than 30 Days From The Date Of Delivery. Meat And Cold Cuts Will Not Be Older Than 7 Days From The Date Of Packaging Will Be Fresh Products, With A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 7 Days From Delivery.11. The Contractor Ensures That The Delivered Food Products Will Be Delivered In Original And Intact Packaging. The Packaging Of The Food Products Delivered By The Contractor Will Have Printed Information On The Name Of The Food (Composition), Information On The Manufacturer (Name), Expiration Date And The Date Of Consumption.12 Health Requirements. Each Product Range Must Be Delivered In A Separate Container. Frozen Food Must Be Delivered Unthawed, 13. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Replace The Defective Goods (If Applicable) On Its Own And At Its Own Expense. Cost, 15. The Contractor Will Deliver The Assortment Specified In The Table In The Quantity Consistent With Partial Orders Placed By An Authorized Person, By Telephone Or In Writing (E-Mail), No Later Than 12:00 On The Day Before Delivery, According To The Prices Specified In The Item And Price Forms.
