The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection Services In The Oleśnica Commune From Owners Of Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties, From Summer Houses, From The Cemetery, From Street Bins Located In Road Lanes, From Bins Located At Bus Stops In The Oleśnica Commune, From Collection Points For Expired Medicines (Health Center And Pharmacy At Ul. Rynek 14) And From Pszok. The Contractor Will Ensure Transport Of All Collected Waste (Except For The Waste Listed In Point 3) To The Municipal Waste Processing Installation - Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalne Sp. Z O. O., Rzędów 40, 28-142 Tuczępy. Municipal Waste Classified As Hazardous Waste, Clothing And Textiles, As Well As Expired Medicines And Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In The Household As A Result Of Injecting Medicinal Products - Collected From Pszok And Collection Points - The Contractor Collects, Transports And Forwards For Disposal On Its Own As Part Of This Task. The Contractor With Whom The Contract For The Implementation Of The Order Will Be Signed Will Be Obliged To Sign An Agreement For The Disposal Of The Above-Mentioned. Wiejska 19: A) Waste Classified As Hazardous, B) Municipal Waste Collected Selectively, C) Expired Medicines And Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In Households As A Result Of Injecting Medicinal Products, D) Biodegradable Waste, E) Bulky Waste, F) Used Tires, G) Clothing And Textiles, H) Construction Waste, 3) Collection Of Expired Medicines Collected By Residents At Collection Points Located In The Independent Municipal Health Center In Oleśnica At Ul. Nadstawie 28 And In The Apteka At Ul. Market Square 14, 4) Collection Of Municipal Waste From The Parish Cemetery, 5) Collection Of Waste From Street Bins And Bins At Bus Stops, 6) Collection Of Ash From Households.
