Additional Requirements Regarding The Assortment: A) Should Be Characterized By High Taste, B) Delivered Products Must Be Of The First Quality, Fresh With An Appropriate Shelf Life, In Accordance With Applicable Standards, C) Without Damage Mechanical And Biological Changes, D) Without Symptoms Of Diseases And Molds. The First Class Of Meat Quality Means: Lean, Uncut Meat With A Fat Value Of 7%, Without External Fat, Without Skins, Cartilage, Non-Consumable Tendons And Fascia. Products Should Be In Packaging Approved For Contact With Food, Should Protect The Product Against Damage And Contamination, Clean Without Foreign Odors, Dirt And Mold.
