Tenders are invited for Videographer Services DVV International is the Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association. The Association is the umbrella organization of around 900 Adult Education Centres in Germany. Its Institute for International Cooperation DVV International is engaged in over 30 countries worldwide fostering Youth and Adult Education for development. DVV International started cooperating with partners in the Middle East in 2009. The Regional Office opened in Jordan (Amman) in 2011. The Country Office in Palestine (Ramallah) was established in 2012, followed by a branch office in the Gaza Strip in 2013. Facing widespread unemployment especially among people under the age of 25 all over the region, DVV International together with its partners strives to empower youth and adults to unfold their potential and engage in economic, political and social life in their community. Apart from the work in Jordan and Palestine, DVV International supports regional and international networking all over the Arab World. Purpose of Services DVV International Palestine requires photographer to produce a video, this video will spot the light on DVV international achievements including visits to our partner in Al Yamoun, Beit Fouriek and Yatta within educational centers, show casing their impact on education, learning quality, and sustainability. The film will focus on real field experiences, presenting the improvements within the centers, the challenges addressed, and the outcomes achieved for people in the local communities. Scope of the work: Filming in the agreed-upon locations. Coordination with local communities and responsible individuals. Conducting interviews with related parties. Producing the final video. Expected Tasks and Deliverables: o · Submit draft video and adjust according to DVV comments. o · Final video of 57 minutes in high quality. · Still images extracted from the video. Duration The services shall comprise through Jan to April 2026. The draft Video should deliver on the Mid of April. Any other modifications and the last version should be before the end of April. Qualification and experiences required · A person or studio specialized in the field of videography, with sufficient experience (at least two years of professional work in the field) · Those interested are welcome to apply and share samples of their work. · Applicants are required to submit samples of previous videography work (links or files) demonstrating relevant experience and quality. · A person who possesses high-quality filming equipment and a dedicated workspace. · Has the ability to design and produce professional videos. · Able to travel between cities and villages across the West Bank as required for filming. · At least two visits to Al Yamoun, Beit Fouriek, Yatta. Fees and Payment Arrangements · Payments will be processed through bank transfer or by cheque, depending on DVV Internationals financial procedures and according to the photographers preference. · The payment installments will be agreed upon at a later stage. · All prices must be in shekel and include value added tax (VAT). A 10% income tax will be deducted (if applicable) by DVV International in accordance with the applicable Palestinian Laws. No other taxes, social security contributions or other insurance premiums shall be paid by the Client.
