The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Cleaning Services In The Šeberov Elementary School And Kindergarten Building. The Performance Includes, In Particular, Regular Cleaning Of The Internal Premises Of The School, The Supply And Use Of Cleaning Products, Hygiene And Consumables Needed For Cleaning, Including The Provision Of Protective Work Equipment For The Contractors Employees. The Tender Price Must Include All Costs Of The Supplier Connected With The Implementation Of The Service, In Particular Insurance, Taxes And Fees, Transport, Personnel Costs, Overhead Costs And Any Other Expenses Necessary For The Proper Provision Of The Service. Scope Of Regular Cleaning: Cleaning Takes Place Every Working Day (Regular Daily Cleaning), Cleaning Concerns A Building With Two Floors, Cleaned Areas Mainly Include Classrooms, Toilets, Corridors And Other Common School Areas, The Total Cleaned Area Is Approximately 3,500 M². Place Of Fulfillment: Zš And Mš Šeberov, K Hrnčířům 1049, Prague 4. General Cleaning And Window Washing: The Offer Also Includes General Cleaning Once A Year, Including Window Washing, Excluding Mountain Climbing And Height Work (I.E. Without Work Requiring Special Height/Rope Techniques).
