The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Sign A Framework Contract For The Purchase Of Medical Adhesive Removal Equipment And Skin Protection Equipment. Product Descriptions Are Given In Appendix 1. The Scope Of The Procurement Also Includes Conducting Training On The Use Of Each Offered Product At The Request Of The Procurer. The Training Must Be Conducted In The Estonian Language And The Venue Is The Foundation Tartu University Hospital, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu Or The Joint-Stock Company Põlva Haigla Uus 2, Põlva, Respectively. The Procurement Is Divided Into 4 Parts. The Offer Can Be Submitted Either For One Or Several Parts. The Framework Contracts Are Concluded According To The Terms Of Appendix 2 (1 Supplier) Or Appendix 3 (2 Suppliers) For Each Part With A Separate Deadline Of 31.05.2028. In The Event That The Same Bidder Is Recognized As Successful In Several Parts, A Single Framework Contract Covering All Relevant Parts Of The Procurement Will Be Concluded With Him.
