The City Of Kaarina Is Requesting A Bid For The Positions Of Building Construction Supervisor And Moisture Management Coordinator At The Biispanlähti Childrens Childrens Site In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Work Includes The Demolition Of The Old Part Of Piispanlähti Childrens House And Its Replacement With A New Building. The Scope Of The Demolition Contract Is Approx. 4200 Brm² And The New Building Is Approx. 5900 Brm². Weekly Reporting Is Required From The Supervisor. The Weekly Report Must Include Photos Of The Inspected Work Phases. If The Customers Reaction Is Required At The Construction Site, The Supervisor Must Contact The Customer Separately In Writing. The Key Points Of The Supervision Reports Must Be Discussed In The Construction Site Meetings. A Written Record Must Remain Of The Communication Between The Contractor And The Supervisor. The Construction Work Supervisor Offered To The Site Can Also Act As A Moisture Management Coordinator. The Moisture Management Coordinator Must Report On The Phases Of The Work In The Agreed Time Amounts. The Site Supervisor And The Moisture Management Coordinator Are Tied To The Project Against A Threat Payment, Incl. Health Reasons And Employee Termination. The Replacement Supervisor Must Be Approved Separately By The Customer And Must Meet The Same Minimum Requirements As The Primarily Offered Supervisor And Be Equally Professionally Qualified.
