The Polluted Interior Walls Will Be Dismantled, So That Apart From The Dismantling Of The Existing Screed, The Entire Interior Will Be Almost Completely Dismantled. The Result Is A Pollution-Free Building. In Addition, The Existing Surrounding Outdoor Facilities, Including The Inner Courtyards, Will Also Be Dismantled And Rebuilt. The Core Renovation Will Be Carried Out During Ongoing Operations, I.E. It Will Be Necessary To Clear Out And Renovate The Components In Each Construction Phase, With The Consequence That Interim Solutions Will Have To Be Carried Out In The Existing Building, In Externally Rented Properties And, If Necessary, In Containers.
