The Dynamic Purchasing System (Dsp) Is A Fully Electronic Process That Procuring Entities Can Use For Frequent Orders Whose Type Characteristics Meet The Requirements Of The Procuring Entities. The Current Dynamic Purchasing System Has As Its Subject The Delivery Of Medicinal Products For The Center For Emergency Medical Assistance - Plovdiv (Csmp - Plovdiv). The Term Of Validity Of The Current Dsp Is 36 (Thirty-Six) Months. The Estimated Value Is Bgn 450,000, Eur 230,081.35 Without Vat. The Dynamic Purchasing System Is Open Throughout The Validity Period To Any Applicant Who Meets The Selection Criteria. Access And Participation In It Are Free And Free For All Interested Parties. The Current Dynamic Purchasing System Is Not Categorized. In Case Of Inconsistency Between What Is Stated In This Documentation, The Announcement Or The Decision, On The One Hand, And The Normative Regulation, On The Other Hand, What Is Stated In The Relevant Normative Act Or The Acts On Its Implementation Shall Apply. All Candidates Who Meet The Selection Criteria Are Included In The Dsp. The Contracting Authority Has No Right To Limit The Number Of Candidates In It. The Public Order Covers Supplies Of Medicinal Products / Listed By Nomenclature, Packaging, And Quantity According To The Technical Specification In The Documentation/, Necessary For The Work Of Csmp - Plovdiv And Will Be Performed Through Periodic Deliveries, At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Dsp Are Also Medicinal Products, Which Could Also Be Subject To Procurement In Accordance With Decree No. 146 Of June 9, 2015 On The Establishment Of A Central Authority For Purchases In The Healthcare Sector. Csmp-Plovdiv Will Be Supplied According To This Dsp Only If No Contract Has Been Concluded Based On The Decree. The Specified Quantities Of Medicinal Products According To The Technical Specification Are Estimated And Do Not Give Rise To Obligations For The Employer To Purchase Them In The Estimated Volume. The Actual Performance Of The Public Order Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Actual Delivered Medicinal Products, Within The Financial Resources.
