The City of Lawrence, through the Department of Public Works, invites sealed bids for the annual removal and replacement of approximately 24.5 tons of virgin Granular Activated Carbon and 21 tons of reactivated carbon at the Water Treatment Plant, 400 Water St., Lawrence, MA. Bids are due by 11:00 A.M. on January 6, 2026, at the City Clerks Office. Bid documents will be available at www.cityoflawrence.com/bids , starting December 15, 2025.
