Sewage Work – Cl22y - Extension Of Wastewater Treatment Facilities For The Dobrosloveni-Farcasele And Gostavatu-Babiciu-Scarisoara Agglomerations. The Contract Includes Design And Execution Of Works For The Objective Extension Of Wastewater Treatment Facilities For The Dobrosloveni-Farcasele And Gostavatu-Babiciu-Scarisoara Agglomerations In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications, As Follows: 1. Farcasele Treatment Plant. Currently, The Farcasele Agglomeration Does Not Have A Centralized Sewage System And Treatment Plant. A Treatment Station Will Be Provided, Which Will Be Located In The Town Of Farcasele, Olt County. The Treatment Plant Will Be Provided With The Following Facilities: Mechanical Stage (Homogenization Basin With Mixing System, Pumping Station, Sieving, Sand Removal And Grease Separator Installations), Biological Stage, Sludge Treatment Stage (Aerobic Stabilization, Dehydration). Dewatered Sludge Will Be Evacuated Or Stored In The Intermediate Storage Located Within The Treatment Plant. The Equivalent Population Of The Farcasele Treatment Plant Is 5,587 L.E. 2. Scarisoara Sewage Treatment Plant. Currently, The Scarisoara Agglomeration Does Not Have A Centralized Sewage System And Treatment Plant. A Treatment Station Will Be Provided, Located In The Town Of Scarisoara, And For The Dimensioning, The Flows And Loads Of The Waste Water Coming From These Towns Were Taken Into Account. The Sewage Treatment Plant Will Be Provided With The Following Facilities: Mechanical Stage (Homogenization Basin With Mixing System, Pumping Station, Sieving, Sand Removal And Grease Separator Installations), Biological Stage, Sludge Treatment Stage. Dewatered Sludge Will Be Chemically Stabilized With Lime. Dewatered Sludge Will Be Evacuated Or Stored In The Intermediate Storage Located Within The Treatment Plant. The Total Equivalent Population Provided For The Sizing Of The Treatment Plant 7 496 L.E. The Contract For The Design And Execution For The Objective Extending The Wastewater Treatment Facilities For The Dobrosloveni-Farcasele And Gostavatu-Babiciu-Scarisoara Agglomerations Includes: A) Design Activities - The Technical Execution Project For Se, Which Will Include All The Necessary Documents According To The Legislation And Any Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Approvals And Authorizations; Support For The Beneficiary In Obtaining The Necessary Authorizations And Approvals; B) Construction Works; C) Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment; D) Testing And Commissioning; E) Training Of The Beneficiarys Staff. F) Fixing Any Defects That Appeared During The Warranty Period. G) During The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Will Also Provide Technical Assistance From The Designer, With All The Legal Attributions That Fall To Him For This Purpose. The Duration Of Design And Execution Of The Works And Commissioning Of The Installations Is 35 Months, Broken Down As Follows: - Design Stage: 6 Months, - Period Of Execution Of The Works: 26 Months - Testing And Commissioning Period: 3 Months The Defect Notification Period (Pnd) Is 36 Months.
