In Particular, The Process Concerns The Studies That Must Be Prepared To Determine The Projects Required For The Anti-Flood Protection Of The Areas Of The Low Zone Of Evrota And Adjacent Streams (Skala Settlement Area, Elous, Vlachioti, Leimona). The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To €403,223.35 (Without Vat) And Includes The Estimated Fees Of The Following Individual Study Categories: 1. €183,175.09 For Category 13 Study 2. €79,815.26 For Category 16 Study 3. €35,516.25 For Category 27 Study 4. €19,372.50 For Category 20 Study 5. €31,445.55 For Category 21 Study 6. €52,398.70 For Unforeseen Expenses. For The Fastest, In Relation To The Contractual Deadline, The Preparation Of A Full Or Partial Study, An Additional Payment (Premium) Of €1500.00 Is Provided In Accordance With Paragraph 8 Of Article 184 Of Law 4412/2016.
