Conduct Business On The Basis Of The Statute Of The Energy Cooperative And The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, Including In Particular: The Act Of September 16, 1982 - Cooperative Law (Hereinafter Referred To As The Cooperative Law) And The Act Of February 20, 2015 - On Renewable Energy Sources (Hereinafter Referred To As The Res Act), Which Enables The Supply Of Electricity In Three Neighboring Communes, I.E. The Tarnowo Commune Podgórne, Dopiewo Commune And Kaźmierz Commune; B. Generate Electricity In Renewable Energy Installations, Trade Them Or Store Them As Part Of Activities Performed Exclusively For The Contractor And The Contractors Members. C. Have, As Of The Date Of Commencement Of Deliveries, I.E. February 1, 2026, An Entry In The List Of Energy Cooperatives Kept By The National Center For Agricultural Support Based In Warsaw, Which Will Be Valid Throughout The Entire Period Of The Subject Of The Order; D. Cover The Energy Cooperatives Own Needs During The Year In Such A Way That The Electricity Generation Efficiency Of All Renewable Energy Installations In The Form Of Photovoltaic Installations And Wind Turbines Will Cover No Less Than 40% Of The Cooperatives And Its Members Own Needs During The Year, Provided, However, That The Total Power Of All Installations Cannot Exceed 10 Mw. E. Accept Ordering Parties As Members Of An Energy Cooperative, Provided, However, That The Total Amount Of The Purchase Of 1 Membership Share And The Registration Fee For A Given Ordering Party Will Not Exceed Pln 1,000 (In Words: One Thousand Zlotys 00/100).
