Kerület Erzsébetváros Municipal Corporation, Its Operation Is Currently Solved With The Sap-Andoc Integrated Software Environment. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Introduce An Ivr That Provides Integrated Economic Modules Supporting The Main Activity Of The Bidder And The Related Services According To The Content Of The Technical Description. The Main Technical Requirements For The Ivr: - The Ivr Must Support The Following Activities In An Integrated Manner: Accounting / Bookkeeping, Finance, Receivables Management, Invoicing, Payroll And Labor, Asset Management, Controlling, Management Information Modules, High-Level Performance Of Tasks. - The Ivr Must Provide And Integrally Support The Functional Requirements Defined In The Technical Description Attached To This Agreement. The Tenderer Implements The Ivr Development In 2 Steps/Phases: - 1St Phase: Accounting/Bookkeeping - Finance - Receivables Management - Invoicing - Payroll And Labor - Asset Management - Controlling - Management Information Modules. - Phase 2: Real Estate Management / Tenant Contract Management - Workflow Oriented Crm - Filing System, Error Ticket Management Module, Hr Module. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The 1St Phase, I.E. The Acquisition Of Accounting/Bookkeeping - Finance - Receivables Management - Invoicing - Wage And Labor - Asset Management - Controlling - Management Information Modules. The Tenderer Wishes To Carry Out The Implementation Of The Ivr Along The Following Main Stages: 1. Project Planning 2. System Planning 3. Implementation 4. Testing 5. Preparation For Live Operation - Transition 6. Live Launch And Special Support Period. The - Main - Functional Requirements For The Ivr: - Data Migration - Accounting/Bookkeeping - Finance - Receivables Management - Billing - Wage And Labor - Asset Management - Controlling - Management Information Modules. Main Non-Functional Requirements For Ivr: - Hardware, Architecture; - Test/Training; - Error Handling - Availability; - Support; - Master Data Management. The Contract Is Fulfilled In Two Stages: 1. The Introduction Of The Ivr And The Development Of The Current System, Which Tasks The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform At A Flat Rate According To The Contract. 2. After The Start Of Live Operation, The Operation And Support Of The Ivr, Which Tasks Are Performed By The Contractor: - At The Flat-Rate Fee Specified In The Offer (“Flat-Rate Operating Costs”); - And Tasks According To The Clients Case-By-Case Orders (Operational Tasks To Be Settled According To The Framework Contract), The Winning Tenderer Is Obliged To Perform The Tasks At The Unit Prices Specified In His Offer, For Which Service The Client Sets A Net Amount Of Huf 25,000,000 + Vat For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, From Which The Client - As A Quantity Deviation - By 10% (Min
