Energy And Related Services – Provision Of Design Work And Technical Guarantor For The Greenfield Project Of The Biogas Station And Sorting Line. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Design Services, Engineering Services And The Performance Of Construction And Technical Supervision During The Implementation Of The Project: Technology Park Olo (Hereinafter Referred To As Construction Or Project) In The Form Of Expert Support To The Investor During The Implementation Of The Project, Aimed At Achieving The Highest Possible Quality And Efficiency Of The Construction And Its Subsequent Operation. The Future Contractor Will Always Contribute/Direct His Activities In An Effort To Find The Most Effective Solution From The Point Of View Of The Construction, Among Other Things By Actively Coordinating The Design Preparation And Implementation Of The Construction From The Position Of The Construction And Technical Supervision Of The Investor, He Will Be Able To Search For Risks Associated With The Construction And Effectively Prevent Them, He Will Assess And Deal With Changes To The Construction In A Responsible Manner, He Will Provide The Investor With Information About The Progress Of The Preparation And Implementation Of The Construction In A Corresponding Manner And To The Corresponding Extent. For The Provision Of Performance, It Will Use Persons With Appropriate Education, Experience, Valid Authorizations And Managerial Knowledge.
