Benefit Services – Reception Service And Management Of Orientation And Sales Support Flows For Ratp Network Spaces. The Purpose Of This Notice Is To Provide Reception Services And Guidance And Sales Support Flows For Spaces In The Ratp Network. The Services Consist Of Ensuring A Diversity Of Missions, Both Complementary And Adapted To The Needs Of The Field, Each Contributing To Advising, Informing, Guiding, Making Travel More Fluid, Regulating The Different Modes Of Transport, Or Even Supporting Travelers In The Purchase Of Transport Tickets. These Missions Include In Particular: • Managing Passenger Flows, Aiming To Optimize Comfort And Guarantee Safety In Busy Areas; • Reception, Information And Orientation, Making It Possible To Deliver Personalized Or Repetitive Information, And To Guide Travelers Towards The Right Itineraries Or Directions; • Support For Rail Regulation, Consisting Of Facilitating The Rapid Exit Of Passengers From Trains, In Accordance With The Operators Strict Instructions; • Assistance With Bus Regulation, Including Handling Passengers, Checking The Absence Of Passengers At The End Of The Journey, • Reporting On Accessible Lines (A And B) Of The Presence Of A Wheelchair User (Ufr) Requiring The Intervention Of An Ratp Agent; • Support In The Choice And Purchase Of The Transport Ticket, Which Can Go As Far As The Direct Sale Of The Ticket Through Mobility Sales. The Locations Of Intervention Are Multiple And Concern Sites Of All Modes (Bus, Tram, Metro, Rer) And On Roads. The Form Of The Framework Agreement Is As Follows: - The Minimum Amount Corresponds To Reception Services And Sales Orientation And Support Flows For The Ratp Network Spaces As Defined In The Bpu. - The Maximum Amount Corresponds To Reception Services And Sales Orientation And Support Flows For The Ratp Network Spaces As Defined In The Bpu Reported Over 60 Months. As An Estimate And Without Commitment From Ratp, The Annual Requirement Is Approximately 672,454 Hours Day/Night/Week/Weekend/Non-Supervisory/Supervisory.
