sludge, carbon particles and to achieve dielectric strength/rupturing capacity of oil and topping up of oil to the required level of the transformer indicator level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: (a) Oil topping up shall be measured and paid separately.(b) Filtration shall be done at site and on line.(c)BDV test shall be carried out before the filtration and complete core assembly, reassembling, including dehydration and filtration of Transformer oil to achieve desired dielectric strength, carrying out routine test, re-installation and commissioning.The repair work also includes the routine tests i.e. IR value, High voltage test, Ratio test, Short circuit test & BD value of oil of the transformer to be carried out at workshop for following capacities of transformer 150 to 350 KVANote:(i)Copper winding wire/strip will be measured and paid separately.(ii) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately.(iii) Transportation of by Engr-in-charge. 79 Material & Labour forpainting to HT feeder pillar boxpanel & duct coveretc, including angle iron frame with two coat of fire red synthetic enamel paint including door welding with hingecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 80 M&L for cleaning of out door sub station/ HT feeder pillar box/ two/four/six pole structure by cutting and removing vegetation growth and surface leveling and removing debris and depositing to a distance not more than 50 mtrcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Earth work shall be measured and paid seprately under respective item 106 S& F of room heater 1200 watt, with 3 no 400 watt heating element halogen type, plastic body with 15 amp plug top including earthing lead and 3 modes of operation ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 107 Taking proper shutdown of HT feederfrom concerning power housechecking, testing and locating faults of HT OH line/ under ground cable includingfour / two pole structure, HT feeder pillars etc. Opening/ disconnrcting HT electric connectios, removal of old jumpers by cutting of old rusted nuts,bolts & washers etc .Repair/ maint of HT GODs onfour/ two pole stucture by providing new lugs of suitable size including new nuts ,bolts & washers etc. Repair to operating mechanism of 11 KV air break gang operating capacity 200/400 Amps with necessary oiling/greasing to moving parts and to set right the alignment of Male/Female contacts for proper working, heating of HT feeder pillar for demoisturising the HT end joints, bus bar and epoxy insulators includingmaking HTfeeder serviceable as and when required completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 108 Takingout/dismantling carefullyHT 11 KV VCB/OCB any type at oldand shifting within the sub stn and installation ,testing for smoth fuctioning in all respectcomplete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 109 S & FHT breaker heaterand thermostate 230 V suitable for 11 /22 KV HT VCB/OCB breaker incl wiring etc ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 110 Supply and fixing in replacement of gang operated air break switches HT 22 KV grade outdoor type, triple pole of capacity 400 Amps rating mounted on polymer based 18 insulators fitted on steel frame horizontally, mechanically operated mechanism from ground levelincluding GI pipe handle clamps bolts, nuts, jumper wire connecting with stranded conductors complete with locking arrangementscomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.. 111 Supply and fix in replacement of drop out fuse unit expulsion type for outdoor air break gang operated switch, Triple pole, mounted on polymer based insulators for 22 KV working pressure, fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts, washers etc, synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with line taps and suitable for current carrying capacity upto 100 Amps and connected with suitable size ofconductor as jumper between GOD and DO fuse, with 22 KV HT PVC sleeve, with all fittings/accessories etc, including taking down of only 3 fuses complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
