Drain-Laying Work - Carrying Out Emergency Repairs Related To The Maintenance Of Sewerage Networks And Related Facilities, Operated By Sofiiska Voda Jsc, As Well As Construction Of New Building Sewerage Diversions (Sko). The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Execution Of Emergency Repairs Related To The Maintenance Of Sewerage Networks And Their Facilities, Operated By Sofiiska Voda Ad, As Well As The Construction Of New Building Sewerage Diversions (Sko). The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Territory Of The Metropolitan Municipality. The Contractors Are Obliged To Provide The Necessary Manpower, Transport, Facilities, Mechanization, Equipment And Materials For The Purpose Of Quality Performance And Within The Period Of Time Assigned By The Employer In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Framework Agreement. The Contractors Are Obliged To Perform The Works Under The Framework Agreement Within The Time Limits Set According To Table No. 1 - Response Time From Item 8 Of Section A: Technical Assignment - Subject Of The Contract. Contractors Undertake To Provide A Permanent 24-Hour Emergency Response In Emergency Situations, When And As Required By The Employer. The Contractors Are Not Guaranteed Quantities Of The Work Assigned Under The Framework Agreement.
