Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – 44345 | Framework Agreement External Quality Assurance (Tis) Of Standardized Alloy Buildings For Defense. The Deployment Of An External (Tis) Accredited Quality Assurance Provider (Hereinafter Referred To As: Tis) For The Integral, Independent And Expert Quality Control Of Both The Design And Realization Of Standardized Alloy Buildings, Spread Throughout The Netherlands At Defense Locations. The Tis Acts As An Independent Quality Assurance, With An Independent Position In The Total Process. The Use Of The Tis Is Required For The Design And Realization Of Industrial Modular Alloy Buildings, Including Foundations. In Addition To The Legal Requirements That The Aforementioned Quality Assurance Instrument Supervises In Accordance With Section 2.2A Bbl, The Tis Must Also Ensure That The Instrument Is Applied To The Following Components, Insofar As These Requirements Go Further Than The Requirements According To The Bbl: 1. General Construction; 2. Constructional Safety; 3. Fire Safety; 4. Building Physics; 5. Building-Related Installations.
