Bid Security: LKR 20000/- Complete set of bidding documents shall be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Deputy Director General (Procurement Management Division), Road Development Authority, 4th floor, Maganeguma Mahamedura", No. 216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mw, Koswatta, Battaramulla from 15.12.2025 until 29.12.2025 during office hours on 9:00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. upon payment of a non-Refundable Tender fee of Rs. 2,500.00 (Inclusive of SSCL & VAT) per each document by depositing to the Bank of Ceylon - Corporate Branch Account Number 0000001943 in favor of Director General, Road Development Authority for each contract The original payment slip should be produced when purchasing the Bid Documents.
