The Subject Of The Contract Under The Name: Current Road Maintenance (Breakthroughs) In The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune Includes, Among Others: Partial Renovation Of Mineral-Bituminous Surfaces Or Filling Of Breakthroughs In The Surface Improved With A Mineral-Bituminous Mixture With Asphalt Binder, Milling Of Mineral-Bituminous Surfaces, Demolition Of Various Road Surfaces And Sidewalks Or Their Relocation, Vertical Adjustment Of Channel Manholes And Street Sewage Grates, Adjustment Of Water And Gas Valves, Vertical Adjustment Of Telephone Manholes, Reinforcement Of Existing Surfaces With Crushed Stone Or Asphalt Cutter, Reinforcement Of The Existing Base With A Mineral-Bituminous Mixture, Surface Consolidation Of The Surface With Asphalt Emulsion With Stone Grit, Removal Of Waste Generated During The Work And Transferring It For Disposal. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 10 To The Swz; - Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 11 To The Swz; - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 12 To The Swz; Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Subject Evidence: The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Subject Evidence In The Proceedings In Question. In The Case Of The Use Of Materials, Devices, Equivalent Products Or Solutions Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Section 5 Or Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer, Technical Sheets Or Other Equivalent Documents Confirming That The Offered Offer/Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above-Mentioned Documents Or The Submitted Documents Are Incomplete (Thus Not Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offer In The Scope Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order), The Ordering Party Will Not Request Their Submission/Supplementation. Equivalent Solutions.1. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 2. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 3.
