The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Installation Of: - Terrace Shelter 6.0 X 5.8X 2.7 M - 1 Pc. - Benches Without Backrest - 8 Pcs. - Benches With Backrest - 2 Pcs. - Table - 1 Pc. - Swivel Deck Chairs - 7 Pcs. - Waste Bins - 3 Pcs. - Bicycle Racks - 4 Places For Bicycles, Board With Regulations - 1 Pc.2) Construction Of Paths From Aggregate - 175 M23) Concrete Pavement - 51 M2 4) Installation Of Solar Lighting - 5 Pcs.5) Greenery - Lawns, Planting Trees And Shrubs - With Annual Maintenance6) Panel Fence, Height 1.5 M - 201.5 M7) Service Surveying Together With An As-Built Inventory. The Selected Contractor Must Obtain The Employers Approval For Each Device Before Its Installation.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works According To Which The Work Should Be Performed Is Included In The Design Documentation, Stwior, And Bills Of Quantities, Which Constitute Attachments To This Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation In One Copy In A Paper Version And In An Electronic Version On A Cd And Submit It To The Ordering Party.5. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.6. The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Period For Which The Agreement Is Concluded, To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 200,000.00, Valid No Later Than From The Date Of Signing The Agreement Until The Final Acceptance. The Ordering Party Will Accept The Liability Insurance Document Held By The Contractor In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For The Insured Sum Required By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Concluded For An Annual Period And Will Be Renewable While Maintaining Continuity Of Insurance Coverage Until Final Acceptance. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Valid Third Party Liability Insurance Document For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order No Later Than Within 7 Days From The Date Of Issuance Of This Document.7. Guarantee And Warrantyrequired Warranty Period - In Accordance With The Offer, Minimum 36 Months, Maximum 60 Months. The Scope Of Warranty Rights Is Regulated By The Provisions Of The Civil Code.8. Information Regarding The Use Of Equivalent Products, Materials And Technologies. In The Case Of Material Names Used In The Procedure Documentation, They Should Be Understood As Examples - With The Parameters Desired By The Ordering Party.
