Task No. 1: Development Of A Local Spatial Development Plan In Accordance With Resolution No. Xvii/135/25 Of August 28, 2025. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1. Preparation Of A Local Spatial Development Plan For Part Of The Area Located In The Geodetic Districts Of: Wolinia, Podole Wielkie, Dargoleza, Pobłocie And Cecenowo, Główczyce Commune (Area Approx. 1,728 Ha), In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding Spatial Planning And Development, Including, Among Others: Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), Act Of October 3, 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Assessment Of Its Impact On The Environment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112), Submitted Applications From Natural Persons And Legal Documents Obtained At The Stage Of Developing The Plan, In Particular Determining The Intended Use Of The Area And Determining The Methods Of Development And Development Conditions Of The Area Located Within The Study Boundaries. 2. Preparation Of An Ecophysiographic Study And A Forecast Of The Impact On The Environment. 3. Preparation Of A Forecast Of The Financial Consequences Of Developing The Local Spatial Development Plan, 4. Carrying Out An Urban Planning Inventory And Assessing The Existing State Of Development,5. Preparing Draft Letters Related To Notifying Relevant Institutions About The Adoption By The Główczyce Commune Council Of Resolutions On Starting To Prepare Local Plans, 6. Preparing Draft Announcements And Notices Of The Commune Mayor Required By Law, 7. Carrying Out An Analysis Of Applications Submitted By Natural And Legal Persons And Those Submitted By Authorities And Institutions, Including Preparing A List Of Applications, Preparing A Proposal For Their Consideration Along With Justification, As Well As Possibly Developing A List Of Responses To The Authorities And Institutions Specified By The Act And Other Institutions And Units Informed About Joining The Plan,8. Preparing Draft Local Plans Along With Justification And Forecast Of The Impact On The Environment (Text, Graphic Parts, Spatial Data) In A Form Consistent With The Regulations, 9. Preparing Draft Letters Related To Assessing And Agreeing On The Draft General Plan10. Participation In Meetings Of The District Urban And Architectural Commission In Słupsk, 11. Analysis And Preparation Of A List Of Obtained Arrangements And Opinions, Together With Possible Corrections To The Draft General Plan, 12. Participation In Meetings - Art. 6E Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of May 20, 2026 On Investments In The Field Of Wind Farms Regarding Draft Local Plans (Manner, Place And Date Agreed With The Ordering Party) Related To The Solutions Adopted In The Draft Plans As Part Of Public Consultations, Including Providing Explanations To Interested Parties (Written Or Oral),13.
