1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Liquid Fuels And Adblue For Pbgitr Vehicles In Rzeszów In 2026 In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship. 2. Delivery Includes:2.1. Liquid Fuels Intended For The Needs Of 37 Company Cars Owned By The Podkarpackie Office Of Geodesy And Agricultural Land In Rzeszów. Additionally, The Field Laboratory In Jarosław Is Equipped With A Petrol Lawn Mower And A Petrol Drilling Rig.2.2. Adblue Fluid Intended For Use In Company Cars Requiring The Use Of This Additive For The Proper Functioning Of Exhaust Emission Reduction Systems.3. The Supplied Gasoline Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Pn-En 228+A1 Standard, Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended).4. The Supplied Diesel Oil Should Meet The Quality And Material Requirements As Well As Technical Parameters For Diesel Fuel Specified In Pn-En 590 And The Regulations Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended), Or In Equivalent Standards Currently In Force. The Contractor Will Guarantee The Supply Of Diesel Oil Appropriate To The Period Of Its Use: In The Summer Period, The So-Called Summer On, In Winter The So-Called He Winter. 5. The Delivered Adblue Fluid Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Iso 22241 Standard And Applicable Legal Regulations. Adblue Fluid Supplied To Vehicles Equipped With The Scr System Must Have A Urea Content Of 32.5% And Demineralized Water. The Ordering Party Prefers To Purchase Adblue Directly From The Distributor At The Gas Station, Depending On The Technical Possibilities And Availability Of The Contractor. If Delivery In Canisters Or Barrels Is Necessary, The Contractor Should Provide Tight Packaging, Free From Contaminants That Could Damage The Exhaust Emission Reduction System.6. Deliveries Will Be Made As Needed By The Ordering Party, In The Form Of Cashless Refueling Of Vehicle Tanks And Canisters For Mechanical Equipment (Lawn Mowers, Drilling Rigs) Via Cashless Fuel Cards. 7. The Contractor Submitting The Offer Must Have A Fuel And Adblue Fluid Distribution Point In The Following Cities In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship: Rzeszów, Jarosław, Krosno, Leżajsk, Przeworsk, Łańcut, Brzozów. During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Allows For A Situation In Which, In The Event Of A Possible Modernization Or Exclusion Of A Given Station From Sale, Transactions Can Be Made At Another Contractors Gas Station Located Closest To The Headquarters Of The Modernized Station. 8. The Contractor Will Ensure Cashless Settlement Using Fleet Cards. 9. The Contractor Will Issue 2 Invoices A Month Covering: 9.1. I Invoice: Period From The 1St To The 15Th Of The Month And 9.2. 2Nd Invoice: The Period From The 16Th To The Last Day Of The Month, Along With A Summary Of Transactions. The Invoice Pay
