1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Including Snow Removal From Roads And Municipal Squares In The Jaświły Commune In 2026. 2. The Service Will Mainly Include: - First Of All, Snow Removal Of Roads Used By, Among Others, Buses, On Weekdays Until 7 A.M., In Accordance With The List Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Removing Snow From Other Roads And Squares In The Commune After Observing Traffic Disruptions In Order To Enable Safe Movement Of Vehicles And Pedestrians On Them.3. The Contractor Must Have Functional Equipment Enabling The Proper Performance Of The Service In Question. 4. For The Road Snow Removal Service, The Ordering Party Requires The Use Of A Peak Or Side Snow Plow On One Of The Following Carriers: - Truck - Loader - Bulldozer - Agricultural Tractor With A Power Of Min. 75 Hp - Backhoe Loader 5. The Contractor Must Have Equipment Operated By A Driver/Operator With Appropriate Driving Or Operating License (Driving License Of The Appropriate Category). 6. The Ordering Party Will Order The Contractor To Provide Services By Telephone, Depending On The Needs And Weather Conditions. 7. The Contractor Will Start Clearing Snow From Roads And Squares Within No More Than 2 Hours Of Notification. 8. The Contractor Undertakes To Be Available To Provide The Service, In Particular During Deteriorating Weather Conditions (Heavy Snowfall, Snowstorms). 9. The Ordering Party Forecasts The Number Of Hours Of Performance Of The Service In Question: - Up To 1,000 Hours Of Work - In The Field Of Snow Removal. The Actual Number Of Hours Of Providing The Ordered Service Will Depend On The Current Needs Resulting From Weather Conditions And Road Conditions And May Differ From The Forecasted Number Indicated Above.
