1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Veterinary Services For Homeless Animals From The City Of Przasnysz In The Scope Of: 1) Catching And Caring For Homeless Animals From The City Of Przasnysz, 2) 24-Hour Medical And Veterinary Care In Cases Of Road Accidents Involving Animals Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Przasnysz, 2 The Scope Of The Task Includes: 1) The Contractors Provision Of Boxes/Cages In A Number Of Not Less Than 5 For Dogs And 10 For Cats, Protecting Them Against Cold, Heat And Precipitation, With Access To Daylight, Enabling Free Movement, Appropriate Food And Constant Access To Drinking Water.2) The Ordering Party Additionally Provides 5 Pieces Of Boxes And 10 Kennels. The Cages Equipped With Kennels Are Installed On The Property Marked In The Land And Building Register No. 636/4, At Ul. Makowska 192 In Przasnysz.3) Providing Comprehensive Veterinary Services (Treatment, Vaccines, Sterilization, Castration, Deworming, Flea Removal, Euthanasia, Euthanasia Of Blind Litters, Marking With A Chip);4) Carrying Out Mandatory Sterilization And Castration Of Homeless Animals (Male And Female Dogs And Cats), After The Quarantine Period In Accordance With The Veterinarians Recommendation, No Later Than Before Surrender An Animal For Adoption, Excluding These Activities In Relation To Contagiously Ill Animals, After An Accident (With No Hope Of Recovery);5) Observing Animals That Have Bitten A Person Or Suspected Of Having Rabies And Notifying The District Veterinary Officer Of This Fact;6) Keeping A List Of Dogs Staying In The Hospital, Including, Among Others, Description Of The Animal, Including Its Species, Age, Sex, Color And Markings As Well As The Name, Date Of Admission To The Clinic And The Name, Surname And Address Of The Person Transferring The Animal Or Other Circumstances On The Basis Of Which The Animal Was Admitted To The Clinic; Quarantine Data; Data On Vaccinations And Veterinary Procedures Performed; The Date Of Leaving The Clinic And The Name, Surname And Address Of The Person To Whom The Animal Was Handed Over; Date Of Death With The Cause;7) Searching For New Homes For Animals From The City Of Przasnysz And Transferring Animals For Adoption (Only Those Subjected To Sterilization Or Castration And After Quarantine In A Clinic) To Persons Interested In Having Them And Able To Provide Them With Proper Living Conditions;8) Keeping Records Of Adoption Contracts;9) Providing 24-Hour Medical And Veterinary Care For Adopted Animals, Including Free-Living Cats Referred To Sterilization/Neutering Or Treatment, Which Involves Taking All Necessary Actions At Any Time To Protect It Against Threats To Its Life And Health, As Well As Treatment To Restore Health And Fitness, Including In Particular: A) Examination Of The General Health Condition - Description Reflected In The Individual Health Card Of The Animal, B) Vaccination Against Rabies, Including Free-Living Cats That For Some Reason Are Temporarily Und
