1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Provide Care For Animals From The Nieborów Commune And To Prevent Animal Homelessness In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 12 To Swz.3. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Accept Animals Belonging To The Nieborów Commune From The Entrepreneur Previously Providing Services Within: On The Day Of Signing The Contract By 3:00 P.M. (As Of December 15, 2025) 34 Animals (Including 34 Dogs). The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Animals To Be Taken Over May Change, And This Will Result From The Actual Number Of Animals Staying In The Shelter On The Date Of Commencement Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of These Proceedings. Transport Of Animals To The Contractors Shelter Will Be Provided By The Contractor At Its Own Expense. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Additional Remuneration For Taking Over Animals To The Shelter.
