1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Light Fuel Oil According To The Pn-C-96024:2011 Standard For The Purchasing Group Of The Jaświły Commune In 2024.2. The Supplied Fuel Oil Should Meet The Following Quality Parameters: 1) Density At A Temperature Of 15O C - Max. 860 Kg/M32) Calorific Value Min. 42.6 Mj/Kg3) Ignition Temperature Min. 56O C4) Kinematic Viscosity At 20O C – Max. 6Mm2/S5) Fractional Composition: - Distills Up To 250O C - Max. 65% V/V- Up To 350O C Distils - Min. 85% V/V6) Pour Point – Max. -20O C7) Residue After Coking In 10% Of Distillation Residue - Max. 0.30%(M/M)8) Sulfur Content - Max. 0.100% (M/M)9) Water Content – ​​Max. 200 Mg/Kg10) Residue After Incineration – Max. 0.010%(M/M)11) Content Of Solid Impurities - Max. 24 Mg/Kg12) Color – Visually Red4. The Estimated Total Amount Of Heating Oil During The Contract Period Is Up To 120,000 Liters. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase A Smaller Quantity, Which Cannot Constitute The Basis For Any Claims By The Contractor.5. The Contractor Will Deliver Fuel Oil By Road Tanker Equipped With An Approved Meter And The Necessary Connections For Refueling The Tanks.6. Oil Deliveries Will Be Made In Batches According To The Needs Of Individual Units, Directly To The Tanks Installed In These Units. The Expected Maximum Size Of A Single Delivery Is Equal To The Capacity Of The Oil Tank In A Given Facility (Appendix No. 6 To Swz).7. The List Of Facilities To Which Fuel Oil Will Be Supplied Is Included In Annex No. 6 To Swz.8. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Supplying Fuel Oil To Facilities Other Than Those Listed In The Annex, In The Event Of Putting This Facility Into Operation Or Replacing The Furnace With An Oil Furnace In Facilities Existing During The Term Of The Contract.9. Delivery Of Heating Oil Will Be Made From Monday To Friday From 8.00 A.M. To 4.00 P.M., Within 72 Hours Of The Order Placed By The Ordering Party By Phone Or E-Mail. In The Order, The Ordering Party Will Specify The Amount Of Heating Oil, The Place Of Delivery And The Person Authorized To Accept The Delivery.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Partys Employee By Phone Or E-Mail About The Planned Delivery Date.11. An Employee Of The Ordering Party Authorized To Collect It Confirms The Delivery On A Document That Indicates The Place Of Delivery Of The Heating Oil And The Quantity Refueled, According To The Flow Meter On The Tanker Truck. This Document Will Be The Basis For The Contractor To Issue A Vat Invoice To The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To Each Vat Invoice A Copy Of The Fuel Oil Quality Certificate, Confirmed To Be True To The Original, And Information On The Price Of Fuel Oil On A Given Order Date (Printout From The Manufacturers Website).
