1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Publish Information Columns Of Districts 15-18 In The Local Press (Daily Or Weekly) Published In The Above-Mentioned Area. Districts With A Circulation Of Not Less Than 2,800 Copies Distributed In Districts Xv-Xviii. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Publication Of Information Columns In Newspapers Of A Strictly Advertising And Announcement Nature. 2. The Columns Will Appear With The Frequency Indicated For A Given District In The Annex To The Contract Template. 3. It Is Planned To Publish Up To 66 Information Columns For Districts Xv-Xviii, Including: - District Xv (On Average One Or Two Columns A Month) - 19 Columns, - District Xvi (On Average One Or Two Columns A Month) - 15 Columns, - District Xvii (On Average One Or Two Columns A Month) - 14 Columns, - District Xviii (On Average One Or Two Columns A Month) - 18 Columns.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template With An Annex, Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, Requires The Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship (By The Contractor Or Subcontractor) Of A Newspaper Editor, I.E. A Person Performing Administrative And Organizational Activities Necessary For The Functioning Of The Weekly/Daily Editorial Office Referred To In § 1 Of The Contract Template. Performing These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended).6. The Ordering Party, Within The Limits Specified In Art. 462 Et Seq. The Act Allows For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order By The Contractor Using Subcontractors. A Contractor Who Intends To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Contract To Subcontractors Shall Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Contract The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.
