The Food Products Included In The Delivery Should Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Mass Catering Establishments, Including: Appropriate Quality Specifications Or Certificates, Appropriate Labeling And Shelf Life, Appropriate Method Of Transporting Goods - Maintaining Separate Transport, Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle.3.9. The Quality Of The Delivered Products Should Be In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Certificates For First-Class / First-Class Products. 3/10 Each Delivered Product Must Not Differ From Polish Standards. 3/11.
