The Object Of The Procurement Is The Renewal Of Street Lamps Using Gas Discharge Lamps To Led Lamps In The Scope Of The Tender Documents In The Area Of The City Of Jyväskylä. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Total Contract And Its Payment Is Based On Unit Prices. According To The Plans, Approximately 1,000 Lamps Will Be Replaced. In Addition To This, The Customer Buys About 200 Of The Same Lamps Delivered To The Warehouse, For Additional Work And Other Projects Of The Customer. The Realized Amount May Differ Somewhat. For Possible Additions And Changes, The Unit Prices Given In The Offer Are Used. If In The Actual Contract The Lamps Are Not Installed For Reasons Attributable To The Customer, The Customer Undertakes To Buy The Lamps That Were Not Installed At The Unit Prices Given In The Offer. In Connection With Lamp Replacements, Condition Checks Are Also Carried Out On The Lamp Posts For Which The Lamps Are Replaced. In Addition, The Contract Includes The Replacement Of The Main And Group Fuses Of The Centers In The Centers Whose Electric Grid The Lamps To Be Replaced Are Connected To. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Documenting The Measurements And Work Performed In The Electrical Contract In The Asset Register Of Keylight Lighting.
