In The Implementation Of This Public Contract, A Contractor For Construction And Assembly Works/Cmr Should Be Determined For The Site: Reconstruction Of Municipal Road Gab 2114 - Section 1: From P.K. With Rp I-5 /Sokolovo - Dryanovo/ (S. Zaya) To P.K. With Rp Iii-5502 (Railway Station S. Ganchovets). The Scope Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Provides For The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Dryanovo, Including: • Execution Of Construction - Assembly Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor Force And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Bills; • Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Warranty Periods Start From The Day The Construction Site Is Put Into Operation. A Technical Investment Project Has Been Prepared, Agreed And Approved For The Site, And Construction Permit No. 46 Dated 13.10.2025 Has Been Issued To The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Dryanovo, According To Which The Construction Is Of The Third Category.
