In Terms Of Structure And Logistics, The Contractor Must Provide 1 Tent (Gazebo) 03X03, 2 Tables And 4 Chairs, 4 Iron Plates (0.70 Edge Protection (When Necessary). Company Must Be Registered With Cref, Execution Of Services Necessary To Hold Pipa Festival. The Contracted Company Must Provide 500 (Five Hundred) Complete Silk Kites (With Spool Of Thread And Tail) For Free Distribution To Participants. The Service Includes All Distribution Logistics And The Availability Of A Support Team: 01 General Coordinator (Cref), 03 Support People For Assembling The Kites Alongside The Participants, And 03 Support Tables. It Also Includes Publicity With Photos Of The Event., Execution Of Services Necessary To Hold 01 Bocce Tournament By The Sea. The Contractor Is Responsible For Assembling The Bocce Court And For All Technical Management Of The Event. It Must Provide 01 General Coordinator (Cref), Responsible For Publicity, Registration, Programming, Regulation, Classification And Management Of Arbitration, In Addition To 01 General Referee To Conduct The Tournament. Includes Publicity With Photos., Execution Of Services Necessary To Hold The Mens And Womens Doubles Volleyball Tournament, In The Under 13, Under 15, Under 18 And Free Categories. Details In Annex I Of The Notice - Terms Of Reference For The Execution Of Services Necessary To Hold The Mens And Womens Double Volleyball Tournament, Under 18 And Free, Execution And Supervision Of All Stages Of The Tournament. It Comprises The Preparation Of Regulations, Summaries, Classification Of Matches And Administrative Management Of The Event.
