The recommended troupes/groups in Classical dance will be awarded prizes as follows 1st (Rs.20,000/-), 2nd (Rs.15,000/-) & 3rd (Rs.10,000/-) and Western dance (Senior) 1st (Rs.20,000/-), 2nd (Rs.15,000/-) & 3rd (Rs.10,000/-) & Western dance (Junior) 1st (Rs.15,000/-), 2nd (Rs.10,000/-) & 3rd (Rs.7,500/-) and Five Consolation Prizes (Rs.25,000/-) (Rs.5,000/- each) by the Event Management (Successful Bidder) Arrangement of stage 60 x 40 with different three backdrops and 40 x 16 LED Screens size for stage and three 8 x 12 LED screens in the ground for 3 days Illumination with Mini High Mast Light – 6, Single Pole Tower – 8 and ground lighting, Chairs – 5000 Nos. for public, VIP Stage Chairs – 12 Nos., Teapoys – 6 Nos. Erection of 30 Nos. of temporary stalls as stipulated by Yanam Municipality, Yanam Fly Sound System and 125 KV Generator – 1No. & 250 KV Generator - 2 Nos. with Diesel and Stage Lighting and Ground Lighting for 3 days Mementos and Shawls to VIP’s, TV artistes, Singers (Items should be selected by the Regional Administrator, Yanam) Boarding/Lodging/Transportation of artistes/singers/dance troupes Invitations, Color pamphlets, Flex boards & Banners (Invitations should be approved by the Regional Administrator, Yanam) Tents, barricading (with Iron Mesh, Wooden & Steel Rods) to be erected under the supervision of Police Department, Yanam, Green Room tents for artistes and VIP seating arrangements with carpet and Seating arrangement for Public Video, Photography etc., Installation of 12 Nos. of CCTV in and around the premises of GMC Balayogi Sports Complex, Yanam for 3 days Payment to Electricity Department for Temporary Service Connection charges etc. Charges for mike announcement for Public for 2 days Miscellaneous (unforeseen) expenditure
