Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Repair Works At Kiln-2 Inlet Tyre Shell, Support Roller Replacement And Other Associated Jobs: Repair works at Kiln-2 inlet tyre shell, Support roller replacement and other associated jobs: Inlet Tyre  Kiln Jacking up.  Removal of Guide rollers.  Repositioning of Kiln inlet tyre.  Removal of old chair pads, stoppers etc.  Grinding of the Shell under inlet tyre at the Chair pad position.  DP of shell for checking of Crack.  Weld repair of the cracked part of shell by V-making and drilling at the end.  Installation of Chair pads with stoppers etc.  Re-positioning of Tyre on the Chairpad.  Measurement of Air-gap and adjustment by shimming.  Alignment of Tyre.  Install tyre retainer  Installation of Guide rollers.  Any other related jobs. Support Roller  Carryout marking for existing position of support roller as future reference.  Removal of Support rollers (2nos.)  Assemble of New support roller with bearings.  Installation of new support rollers with bearings.  Alignment of Support rollers.  Any other related jobs Base Frame  Cleaning of Base frame.  Repairing and extension of Base frame for insertion of new foundation bolts.  Installation of Anchor bolt by core-cutting, Make HILTI/any repute make. Outlet tyre  Checking of Air-gap  Proper shimming under Chair-pad.  Replacement of Chair-pads, if required. Alignment of Kiln Main Drive  Checking of Root clearance and backlash.  Adjustment and alignment of Pinion, Gearbox, Motor etc.  Any other alignment related jobs
