Bids Are Invited For N For Procurement Of Five Qty Of Ug Living Bunker Total Quantity : 5; Construction of UG Amn Bunker. Construction of Amn Bunker of clear internal size of 5.60 x 4.60m x 2.10m clear height, constr with PCC Solid block of size 400mmx200mmx200mm. Provn two steel door of size 0.90 x 1.80M and Window size of (04 Qty) as 0.600m x 0.450m including 5 Nos storage rack. SRT sheet over head protection placed over ISMBs complete and as per drawing is attached as Appx F from Sheet No 1/13 to 13/13. The brief specifications as under :- 1.1. Earth work in Excavation. Earth excavation over areas not exceeding 1.90m deep in average soil. 1.2. Fdn lean Concrete. PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 20mm graded agg) 100mm thick as in fdn filling. Mass concrete shall over be 150mm thick hardcore over well rammed earth as in both floor and wall fdns. 1.3. PCC Solid Block Wall. PCC Solid block of size 400mmx200mmx200mm wall shall be set in CM (1:4) in fdn and walls. Wall thickness shall be 40cm. Wall shall be plastered with CM 1:4 for external surfaces and CM 1:6 used for plastering interior surfaces. On plastering surface two coat of OBD on internal surface and two coat of cement base paint on external surface. 1.4. Plinth Protection. Plinth protection shall be provided with 750mm wide PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 20mm graded aggregate) over 75mm thick hard core. PCC thickness shall be 100mm thick at wall side and 75mm thick PCC at outer edge side of plinth protection to maintain slope to drain out rain water. 1.5. Lintel. Lintel over windows (W) having lengths 1.5m long (04) Nos). Lintel over door (D) openings having length 1.7m long (02 Nos). Door openings (D) cross-sectional shall be 400x200mm. Door (D) shall be at entrance above GL and another at below GL entry. All type of lintels shall be 200 mm thick Type B-1 (1:2:4) (20 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4. Lintel shall be cast-in-situ with necessary form work and reinforcement. TMT bars should be of Main bars with 06 Nos x 12 mm dia and Stirrups with 8 mm dia. Fabrication of reinforcement shall be done with binding wire to keep bars in place. 1.6. Steps. Steps will be provided with solid block of size 400mmx200mmx200 masonry. The width and height of tread and riser shall be width of 300mm and height 225mm respectively. 1.7. Entrance. Either sides of step shall be constructed with 400mm thick solid block of size 400x200x200 masonry baffle wall at entrance. wall at entrance shall be 2.8m long. Water catchup of size 3.20 x 0.75 x 0.075m shall be provided at entrance in front of door to prevent ingress of rain water into wall/steps.
